Joe Nuñez (Papa Joe) and Judy Aguilar (Mama Judy) became big fans of El Paso's music community and its musicians due to the fact that they both have kids whom they supported while they were in local bands. Judy's daughter, The Priestess, was a drummer for Scream Your Outline & When Odds Get Even and drummer/bassist for Janet Ann. Joe's son, Joseph, played guitar for Ounce of Hope, Within Patterns, For All the Enemies, SUOH and he also played the upright bass for Never Too Late. Running around from show to show with their kids is the root of their passion for what they do. Judy is a show videographer who captures footage of local and touring bands playing at shows in El Paso. Joe is a photographer who snaps photos of the same bands. They also offer band photo shoots and never charge locals for any of their work. Together, they started their vlog project called, The Metal Shop Vlogs in October 2015. The Metal Shop is a mini-venue at their home where they occasionally host small acoustic shows for young musicians. They are also joined by friend Abner Garcia, who handles camera 2 duties and Joe's daughter, Isabella, who is administrator to their Instagram page.
